How will my order ship?
This website only allows for shipping via Signs of Security’s UPS® account. If you need any other method, please call customer service toll free at 800-203-9572 between the hours of 9:00am & 5:00pm EST.

Need your order shipped faster?
Orders for stock items (only) typically ship the same or next day.

Custom orders: Allow 4-5 days maximum for your proof. After your approval of the proof allow for 15 -20 days to print. Finally, allow 2-6 days for UPS delivery. Reorders allow 15-20 days for production.

Combination orders will ship under the custom orders production timeline above.

Transit time is not included in the lead times stated above because transit times vary so dramatically.

If you need an order to ship by, or arrive by, an specific date we urge you to type in special instructions in the space provided during check out "Need your stuff shipped faster?" under shipping method. We’ll do our best to exceed your request or attempt to reach you and advise the best we can do.

Can I track my order online?
You can obtain the status of your current orders on the "Order History & Status" under "My Account" page.

Check the "UPS Tracking" column to find out if your order has shipped. If you find a tracking number then you know your order has shipped and you can use this number to look up tracking information on the carrier’s website.

Can I ship using my UPS® account?
Web orders can only ship via Signs of Security’s UPS® account. All other shipping methods can be accommodated but have to be done off line.

Can I use another freight carrier?
Yes, you can, but only if done directly with Signs of Security over the phone or by faxing your order and freight carrier account, because online orders can only ship via UPS®.

What do I do if a package arrives damaged?
To give you better service when you call Signs of Security about damaged packages, please make sure to document damaged package with the carrier before accepting delivery.

All packages are insured, but if damage occurs and it is not documented on delivery, the carrier has the ability to deny the claim.

Signs of Security is not responsible for damaged freight; all orders ship FOB Garfield New Jersey.

Once you document the damage with the carrier, contact Signs of Security ’s customer service toll free at 800-203-9572 between 9:00am & 5:00pm EST, and we’ll process your claim.

How do I know Signs of Security received my order?
When you checkout and place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e mail within a few minutes.

On occasion, a credit card will be disapproved for a variety of reasons. In those situations you can call us toll free 800-203-9572.

How do I change an order I submitted to Signs of Security online? If changes are needed, we’ll be happy to assist, however, please keep in mind changing an online order is complicated because it involves order processing as well as credit card processing, and customer service does not have access to internet credit card information.

As a result, many times it’s easier to cancel an order and start again. However, deleting an item is easier than adding one.

To change or cancel an order call customer service toll free at 800-203-9572 between the hours of 9:00am & 5:00pm EST. In certain situations, if you want to add onto your order, we’ll need to obtain your credit card information verbally over the phone.

Please keep in mind that once your order is placed it goes into production, which can result in cancellation charges on custom orders.
