Warranty: Signs of Security warrants it’s products to be free from defect at the time they are sold. The customer is responsible for testing the products for their intended use. Signs of Security cannot be held responsible for the customer’s inability to use the products purchased. Signs of Security’s liability is limited to the replacement of the products sold, provided it can be determined that they were defective at the time they were sold. Signs of Security cannot be held liable for loss, damage or expense of any kind as a result of the use, or inability to use Signs of Security products. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.

Pricing: Signs of Security reserves the right to change prices contained on this site without notice.

Custom Printing: Signs of Security reserves the right to over or under ship custom printed products by 10% and adjust invoicing accordingly, unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing.

Payment Terms: Signs of Security accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When a credit card is used, the card is charged at the time of ordering. Any adjustments made to quantity at the time of shipment will be corrected at that time by Signs of Security. We do not accept C.O.D. If payment by check is desired full payment in advance is required. Net 30 day terms are available after a Signs of Security credit application is completed and reviewed. Credit approval takes approximately 5 days.

Returns: If an error has occurred on your order please call and obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Cancellation: Once an order is placed production of artwork commences immediately. Hence, any cancellation will result in a minimum $50.00 charge. If shop production has begun the cancellation charge will have to be quoted.

Shortages: Claims for shortages must be made within 15 days from the date of shipment. Claims after 15 days will not be honored.

Freight: All orders ship F.O.B from Garfield, New Jersey. All packages are insured when shipped. If package is damaged in shipment you should not accept delivery without proper documentation of damage. Signs of Security is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping. We can however easily process a claim on your behalf for the damage if the damage is documented when received.

Print Colors: Signs of Security offers standard print colors. Please order using the number published in the flyer. Custom colors are also available and require a color matching charge of $35.00 per color. These colors are ordered using PMS numbers which is a printing industry standard. There are acceptable variations in matching PMS colors and each customer must accept that industry standard. No color can be matched exactly.

Delivery: Allow 4-5 days maximum for your proof. After your approval of the proof allow for 15-20 days to print. Finally, allow 2-6 days for UPS delivery. Reorders allow 15-20 days for production.

Art Production: In many instances art preparation is free. To qualify for free art prep we need your help. Ideally you can provide computer art in the following formats CDR or EPS If you don’t have computer art it is extremely helpful to know the font used in your sign or decal. It is possible to simply provide us with a sketch or a piece of letter head or a business card. Signs of Security will provide art preparation for free provided we can prepare your art in 30 minutes or less. We can only make that determination after you present us with your information. Art is charged at $35.00 per hour beyond the free 30 minutes.

Proof Approval: Signs of Security generates an art proof on each job including reorders. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and sign the proof prior to production. Once the proof is signed, Signs of Security will produce that item. That is the last time that you have to determine whether you like or want the item. As long as Signs of Security provided the item as spelled out in the proof you have to accept the item(s). Art proofs are not generated until we have recieved an order.
